Am I eligible for a refund and how can I apply?

Our business model allows all our clients to view our listings prior to registering to make sure we have satisfied users. Additionally, accounts are valid for 90 days and there are 100's of new rentals posted every day. We request that you continue to use our service for the 90 day period, which is standard because finding a rental requires time. If you have not found a rental through our service in this time period you can either extend your account at no extra expense or you begin the claim process at this time.
