A premium listing is a rental advertisement designed to get maximum rental leads. Unlike a “Standard” listing which only allows tenants that paid for a Sublet.com account to contact a landlord, a “Premium” listing is FREE for all tenants that visit Sublet.com. Every tenant that views a premium listing has access to the contact information of the landlord. Since many tenants only search for “Free” premium listings, these listings can get up to 500 times more leads. Premium listings are highlighted with color, have preferred placement in the search results and have an active links to your personal website.
A landlord with a “Premium” listing also has access to email all of the “Premium hits” recorded for a listing. A Premium hit is a record of each tenant that viewed the details of a listing while the tenant was logged in. Premium hits are recorded for all listings, but only listings that are Premium can reply to these leads. To view “Premium hits” select “My Premium hits” from the “My Accounts” tab located at the top right of the page.
Premium status automatically expires after 30 days. After this time, if a premium listing is not reactivated, it is automatically reset to a “Standard” listing. Sublet.com NEVER rebills a landlord. Premium listing prices range from $15 to $50 depending on the location of the rental. To post a premium listing, select "Premium Listing" after posting a rental. To upgrade a listing to premium, log in to your account and select the check box next to the listing you wish to upgrade and click the upgrade button.
