The Screening Center displays shows the report ID, tenant name, tenant email address, report status and links to view or cancel reports.
Run Credit Reports if you have reports available in your account, use the "Run Credit Reports" links to send a credit report request to a tenant
Purchase Reports if you do not have reports available in your account, use the "Purchase Reports" links to add buy reports and add more reports to your account balance.
Step 1: Pre-Purchase Reports
You must purchase a report credit prior to running a report. The cost per report ranges from $20 to $30 depending on the quantity of reports purchased. Purchased reports NEVER expire and are only used when a tenant accepts your request and a report is generated.
Step 2: Send Request to Tenant
After you have purchased a report, use the "Run Credit report" link to submit a credit request to your tenant. Make sure to enter the tenants correct email address. After clicking submit you will be given an application ID for reference.
Step 3: Tenant Approves Request
After credit request is submitted, the tenant will receive an email to approve or decline this request. To generate a report, the tenant must complete the steps in the email and answer the identity authentication correctly. If the tenant fails to complete the process, a TransUnion phone support number is provided.
