Our 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo is located in a secure 16 unit building , with pool and gardens, in the Pacific Coast town of Samara.

It is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, A/C and a large closet. Eating inside or outside on patio, both have ceiling fans.. Weekly maid service is included and laundry facilities are available on site.

It is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Samara Beach, one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica. " Downtown " Samara is a 10 minute walk for restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities. No need to have a car! There is also a small store/bakery and restaurants very close to our place. Wi-fi internet available .
