My name is Khoa Le. I have a house that has available rooms now. The house locates on 213D Hoang Mai street, a safe, clean and quiet area. The rooms are fully furnished with nice bed, mattress,blanket, wardrobe,... It also has a kitchen with enough stuffs that is always welcome cooking. The house has very friendly and open-minded tenants, an friendly and a friendly peoples, a French people and an friendly man. They have been living here for more than a half of year.

There is a big and beautiful park nearby, 5 minutes walking, where you can take exercise or breathe fresh air. We have a washing machine for free, internet,hot shower...The rent is 200$/month for the bigger room, 180$/month for the smaller room. The rent covers all kind of bills such as water, electricity, hygiene, internet...
