Located in a Dupont Circle historic, modernly-renovated row house with FOUR bedrooms. There are TWO bedrooms on the 3rd floor. This spacious room--with 10-foot ceiling--is 1 of them. It is furnished with a king-sized bed, triple-pane windows, hardwood floors and 50-inch TV. The second room on the 3rd floor is occupied by the 52-year old House Manager.

You would share the 2nd floor hall bathroom with only 1 other person--although the sharing would most likely occur beginning in January 2024. This bathroom is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. Rent also includes your portion of such household provisions as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, DW detergent and trash bags.

There are TWO bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One of them has a private bathroom and is occupied by a 29-year old male graduate student. The other one shares the aforementioned hall bathroom and is available December 1st..

We are friendly with each other but more often than not, socialize outside of the home. Occasionally, any one of us would have 2-3 people over for a meal or game night. This is not a party house; this is grown folks living, lol.
Utilities, wifi, cleaning and furnishings (bedroom and common areas) are included. You must supply your own towels and linen.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a 3rd floor hallway closet.

Residents have have full access to first floor which contains: fully furnished and equipped living/dining room; kitchen (cleaned professionally every other week); and back deck. This floor also has original crown molding, hardwood floors, 11-foot ceilings and two fireplaces.

All residents undergo a background check.
