To reserve the condo: A $200 deposit is due at the time you book the reservation, the remaining balance is due 30days prior to your arrival. If your arrival is less than 30days away, the full amount would be due when the reservation is reserved.
Check-in is at 4pm, Checkout is 10am.

NO SHOW NO REFUND
Cancellations should be submitted in writing 45 days prior to arrival date shown on the rental confirmation email. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of rental funds.

Please keep in mind that this a reservation request only. You will be contacted with-in 24 hours by one of our friendly reservationist to answer any questions you may have and to confirm the reservation and make arrangements for payment. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
