I consult & when working out-of-town, our apartment is available for vetted guests (2 max). This is a non-profit; we simply calculate what our costs are for rent, utilities, cleaning services, repairs & compute a break-even rate.

Cleaning ($99) twice per month & upon exit required. Security deposit required (4% p.a. interest on deposit with quick return), varies from 1/2-month for 3-month stay to 1+1 month for longer stay. You may pay the reservation deposit by credit card or book through sublet, etc., if you`d like a go-between service.
