We have rented from Dolores Longo for two years in a row now. She has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with through the rental process, and her apartment is wonderful. Everything in the apartment is in perfect working order, it is clean and well maintained. I could not rate Dolores or her apartment higher!

Dolores is a wonderful landlord, and the apartment is immaculate and well maintained. Even though the apartment is located on the second floor, it is quiet. The building staff are very friendly and nice. The location cant be beat if you are a theater goer, and there are many great restaurants right in the neighborhood. This is a great sublet that is conveniently located to mass transit, and Dolores is just a pleasure to deal with.

I highly recommend Sublet ID#1581225 for a short or long term rental! I lived in the unit for 24 months from 2014-2015 and so appreciated how amenable the owner, Dolores, was. It is a beautiful, spacious unit, beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and fashionable furniture. The building is literally sound proof with minimal noise from the side street below. Security is maximum, with a door man and front desk clerk on duty 247. The building has nice laundry rooms and a peaceful courtyard. I looked at about 12 units in mid-town Manhattan before I chose this one and it was far and above the best quality for the price point. I have lived short term in Manhattan on five separate occasions and this was by far the best of the lot.

This apartment was wonderful! A very clean, large one bedroom fully furnished and extremely comfortable - very good bed, couches, etc. Kitchen area was fully stocked with everything a cook could want - high end food processor, toaster oven, blender, knives, pots and pans, etc. plus very good stove and microwave. And theres even a piano which the owner had tuned before we moved in. Owner left complete instructions for all appliances and has service contracts, with all phone numbers listed. She was always available to reach if any questions. Building was great - doorman and concierge, and packages could be delivered. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay in this beautifully furnished apartment. The landlord has impeccable taste and has chosen the furnishings with care making the apartment feel like a real home instead of an anonymous hotel. It comes supplied with an ample supply of very high quality linens. In addition to Internet and cable TV, which included HBO, the landlord left a printer for our use saving us the cost of purchasing one. The closets have been upgraded and has a special drawer to hold jewelry which I found to be especially convenient. The apartment is in an elevator building with a doorman. All of the building staff were friendly and helpful. The landlord is accommodating and is very responsive. The apartment is located on the second floor so the landlord has supplied a white noise machine to mitigate street noise. We highly recommend this apartment.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely and well-appointed apartment for two months in early 2011. The location was great for our interests with the theater district and many restaurants nearby. The landlord was responsive to any concerns we had and even replaced a toaster as soon as we needed one. The linens were good quality and the cleaning service reliable and thorough. The staff in the building were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our NYC experience in this apartment.

I lived in this apartment for 18 months. It is a delightful apartment that is quite comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and convenient. Close to the theater district, times square, restaurants and the subway, this apartment was the best I saw in sublets.

The landlord is very easy to deal with and reliable. The building staff is also very friendly and reliable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Midtown.

I’m from Italy,(so forgive my English) I first rented this apartment in December 2008 and I’m going to rent it again in December 2010. It’s such a lovely, comfortable and cosy place that I felt at home.
It’s located in a fantastic area of Manhattan. Shops, Restaurants, Theatres and Subaway are nearby and from here you can walk to some of the main tourists attraction.
Last but not least the owner is a very kind and reliable person.
