We are one of the most central district of Rome and suitable to shopping: Appio - San Giovanni in Laterano, just a few steps from the famous Basilica.
The bus stop to the Colosseum, the Vittoriano, Roman Forum, Steps, Trevi Fountain, is just outside the house.
The metro line A, is only to 5 minutes.

The area is full of shops, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop, banks, etc.
In case you need a garage for your car, you can park in that next to our building, with special rates for our guests.

Our neighborhood is considered one of the safest of Rome.

Nearby is the Park of Appia Antica, with the amazing Roman catacombs.

The apartment is about 85 m² and equipped with furniture and appliances, has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob cooking, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub / shower.

4th floor with elevator.
The balcony, corner, offers a special brightness.
Air-conditioned / heating!

SERVICE
The price includes the use of bed linen, towels, pots and pans, washing machine, television and hairdryer.
The bed linen is changed weekly.
The house invites you to experience the real Roman life for his happy place.
No pets.
We make a Service Transfer to fee, from/to airport to the house, to fee.
Bookings: can be made through the payment of an advance of 30%.
