This is a great house on the open bay in Mantoloking, NJ. It has a gorgeous view with beautiful sunsets. There is central air, wood floors, open deck facing the water; 5 bedrooms; sofa bed; 2 full baths; outdoor shower, Weber grill, private boat dock and ramp at the house; sandy beach at the house, across the street from the ocean and our private beach 1 block away-it includes 8 beach badges. It has cable TV with internet connection and a tastefully decorated home which you will not want to leave as everything is there for you. Some weekends may be available for rent but 4 ngt. minimum in summer. Please contact for weekly and weekend prices. No pets or smoking allowed.
