You are responsible to keep your pet safe at all times. We also have a kennel/crate in case you need to step out. Pets are only welcome in one bedroom, yard, and kitchen area. Baby gates are provided to keep pets out of other areas.

We require a 3-night min. stay. Everything is in good, fair, or excellent responsible condition. It is decorated nicely and tastefully, but not luxuriously, which makes it kid and pet friendly. We have one toddler bed/crib conversion. It is new with bedding.

You are given a $500/ month utility allowance. Utilities: trash, water, sewer, electric, gas, internet, local TV. Utilities come to $487 if thermastat is set to 71 in winter and 72 in summer. Anything exceeding $500 monthly will be your responsibility.
