Hello, My apartment is a 2bedroom completely new renovated. I have a full equipt kitchen and everything is at top standards. The location of my place is really in the center of all the action but what is great is that it is located on a small quiet street so you can sleep very well :)
I do have a/c and cable and internet and it is all included except electricity :)
Also there is a cleaning fee that is a should I like to keep my place as clean as possible, It is usually 50nis/hour that is the going rate. My apt shouldnt take more than three hours to clean so its not a problem.
I also have a shared parking for those that are renting a car.
My house rules areI dont allow smoking and that is probably it...
