Lovely 1 bedroomed apartment located in the village on the 5 star golf resort of Hacienda Del Alamo



The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious and well equipped with a double sofa bed, TV & DVD, dining table seating for 4 people and all the modern euipment for the kitchen including dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine and all crockery and cutlery for 4 people.



The double bedroom has a comfortable divan double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers and all linen and towels are provided for your stay.



The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet and is fully tiled.



The apartment is fully airconditioned and located on the ground floor overlooking some communal gardens and only a short walk to the golf club house and restaurant. On site is a small convienience shop for all your necessities as well as friendly bar with a 5 minute walk which overlooks the fabulous greens of the golf course.



There are also communal tennis courts, football pitch, paddle tennis and crown green bowls all available in the sporting area sittuated close to the Spaniard Inn Bar which serves a great mix of local cuisine as well as great Sunday Roasts. Entertainment is often supplied either in the main club house or the Spanisard Inn which stays open till late.



Low season - Nov - feb 200 euros per week



Mid season - March - May & Sept - Oct 250 euros per week



High season - June - August 275 euros per week



There is a final clean charge of 45 euros to pay on arrival as well as a security deposit of 150 euros which is refunded upon departure
