The proprietor, Dr Maria- Theresa Baldoni, the author of ‘The foot paths of the lake, is passionate and knowledgeable about the local cuisine and we pride ourselves on the quality of our meals. Wherever possible we use home produced and organic products. We make our own pasta, olive oil, fruit, vegetables, ham and salami. Dairy products and cheese come from local dairies and our meat is sourced from a small abattoir, which only sells free-range products. Naturally we also cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements.
