MIMOSA HOUSE - maximum

A MIMOSA HOUSE is a small house, with air conditioning and television. It has one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge and hotplate and microwave, and basic utensils. There is no linen. The meters of water and light are read upon arrival and departure from the customer and invoiced.

30% deposit (not returned) - paid in cash, check or wire transfer.
70% four weeks before arrival date
Return of the lease signed

RATES
Season (01/11 -31/03): € 150 per week (€ 21.43 per day)
Season (01/01 -30/06 - 01/09 - 31/10): € 280 per week (€ 40 per day)
Peak Season (01/07 - 31/08): € 315 per week (€ 45 per day)
Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Animals are not allowed
Prices include use of the pool and showers, gas & entrance to a car and a motorcycle.
It requested a deposit of € 200 will be returned upon departure if no damage or damage.
