I have a room for rent in Desamparados, a little place called Guatuso de Patarra.

About the place:

It is in a 3 brm house, with surrounding yard. House is completely furnished, with own kitchen, appliances, microwave and washer/dryer. Room comes FURNISHED, own bed/mattress, small desk and nightstand and closet space and curtains. Welcomed to use anything within the open areas of the house. You will get your own key of the house, the gates and also your own room will have its own lock.

Neighborhood is quiet with friendly people. Bus stop is 5 mins or less walking distance. Police station is only 15 mins walking distance. Downtown Desamparados is 15 mins. Downtown San Jose is 30 mins (with traffic). Pulperia/ small store is down the road along with bars and some restaurants.

This room is good for anyone who wants to be close to the city but still experience quiet house life. For tourists, students, backpackers, retierres.

Available for anybody who wants to stay for a day, a week, a month.... we also accept animals.

A months rent would be $ 250, water + utilities included.

Also, I am a personal tourist, I am available for tourism services or to take you to/from different places around the city and Costa Rica! I have vast knowledge of my land and willing to take you anywhere you want! If you want, we can include my services into your plan.
