The apartment is new with the following services: washer & dryer, internet, local calls, dressed bed, a big closet, independent bathroom and a roofgarden. I have a house keeper so you only have to take care of your room and your stuff (dishes, etc.) but no need to help with the rest of the house. I have 2 dogs that are well behaved. They take 3 walks a day so they dont do their needs inside. Full clean service at extra cost.

Located in Del Valle so you can go pretty much to everywhere in the south, from Reforma to Perisur. Near 2 subway stations (Eugenia y Etiopia).
