Vecindad Alpina 11 is a cosy and vibrant student residence in Mexico City that is located close to the university city (UNAM/ ITAM) in the neighbourhood Tizapan San Angel. The excellent location of Vecindad Alpina 11 offers you one of the most notable locations to stay in the southern part of Mexico City. You have an easy connection to the three most important universities of Mexico which are the UNAM, ITAM and University of Anahuac del Sur.

We have 21 rooms available in three categories (as of 232 EUR per month): Single room with a bathroom, single room without a bathroom and double rooms with a bathroom. The capacity of our house offers space up to 24 persons whom are interacting and living together in this big space creating a comfortable living experience. For one single fee you get access to a variety of services: lighting, water, gaz, wifi, security personnel during the nights, cleaning and maintenance personnel, as well as a joint cooking space equipped with anything you need. We have a cosy living area with a television and game consoles. We provide you with bed linnen: pillowcase, fitted sheets and duvet cover. The atmosphere that you can enjoy in our house is typical friendly and you are very welcome to participate in different cultural activities. We are located in a quiet street that is safe and wel-lit at night.

You can safely walk from our house to public transportation connections like the Metrobus stop Dr. Galvez at Insurgentes street that brings you right to the city center. We are close (walking distance) to several restaurants and small stores in the colonial San Angel area as well as a big supermarket on Eje 10 Sur.
