CASA LAVATOIO BY THE SEA is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the historic town of Cefalù, just 40 meters from the sea and the sandy beach. And it is situated in a very central location butit is very quiet, in fact both bedrooms overlook the sea as well as the dining room, giving our guests the experience of being on board of a ship! There is a possibility to park the car near home in a private parking. The house, of about 55sqm is located on the first floor of this building and inside there are 2 spacious and bright bedrooms each furnished with taste and elegance and very comfortable, with balconies overlooking the sea and the beach of Cefalù, a bathroom with shower and window on the Medieval Wash and a dining room with a kitchen-corner in a rustic style with wooden roof beams and ancient cupboard, national TV, cooker with 4-stoves and a gas oven,a fridge and a washing machine, a sofa, a table and chairs, and finally a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea.The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, an friendly coffee machine, cutlery and everything you need to cook. Upstairs, a toilet and two small single rooms. The bedrooms are furnished in a modern style with a large wardrobe and two bedside tables. This apartment is therefore ideal for 2-4 people. The apartment is near famous monuments and close to our friendly language school: Mediterranea Sicilia and the rest of our accommodation. Outside the apartment you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Internet Point, bar, cinema, beaches, wineries, grocers and fishmongers. The apartment is also fit for those who are traveling without a car and like having everything they need at their fingertips! Cefalu is a beautiful city on the Mediterranean Sea on the north coast of Sicily. It is centrally located in the island, and there are no problems in connecting it with the main airports and highways of the island. Cefalù has a central position, that allows you to reach easily all cities.
