The apartment includes a large living-roomm with an integrated kitchen, 2 large bedrooms,
2 bathrooms with shower and bath-tubs + a balcony (10 sq.m). There is also a parkinglot available in a garage.
A pool is available for the owners/guests in the block.
There is also a restaurantes named Luigi, located on the groundfloor of the block.
They serve lovely croatian food for a reasonable price.

The apartment is located only 150m from the sea and the famous bay named Marvastica.
There is a small marina and a beautiful beach at the bay + a bar that offers various refreshments and boat rental.

Only 20 min walking from the apartment you will enter the city-center of Okrug Gornji, where you will find a foodmarket, a Post-office, a pharmacy and a doctor.

At 1.5 km from the apartment the beach promenade Copacabana is located, with a variety of bars/pubs, restaurants and watersport activities. This is also a place to visit during the night when you can enjoy a glass of good wine at the beach.

At 4 km from the apartment you will find the famous city of Trogir. Trogir is on the Unesco World Heritage list. Trogir offers a variety of bars, restaurante and shops while you are walking in the narrow and cosy streets in the old town.

The island of Ciovo is connected with a bridge to Trogir that is also located on a island with a brigde connection to the Mainland.

The Split Airport is located only 9 km from the apartment, approx. 20 min drive and the city of Split is 35 km from Trogir.

Included in the rental-rate are clean sheets and towels, a kettle, a microwave, a satellite TV and DVD-playr.
