JARA is an old fishers house with a main stone construction coming from the early 1900s. Documents found make evidence of an existing second floor in 1940. This house has been restored in 2013 and the external appearance of the building is nowadays equal to the one 70 years ago.
JARA is located at the edge of Arousa North Firth and beside Barbanza range of mountains, enjoying of both sea and mountain climates. Her exact placement is at O Conchido village, in A Ribeiriña, territory that belongs to A Pobra do Caramiñal, in the south of the province of A Coruña (Spain).
The place is an area with small coves of rocky and sandy beaches along three hundred meters.
JARA is your reward once you have reached your goal to Santiago. The proximity to the capital of Galicia makes JARA be close to the Pilgrim Route to Santiago de Compostela. After several days of pilgrimage journey, JARA is a good place to regain strength before coming back to the daily routine.
