Prices are per person, per night for a minimum stay of one week.

No other fees: rates include all expenses the cost of water, electricity, gas, parking and all utilities available at home.

Apartment Ground Floor has a double bedroom, fully fitted and equipped with linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shower. The appartmanto of street Tripi, has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. If required, for all apartments there is the possibility of having additional beds. All apartments are equipped with air conditioner.

The apartments are three (each 40 square meters), on the second floor of the palace are three different but they can also be used as a single apartment. One of the three is facing Etna, one towards the sea and the third faces a giarino lemon and Mediterranean plants. All studios have a double bedroom, terrace (with table and chairs), equipped kitchen, washing machine and bathroom with shower.
