We currently have vacancies. We rent by the bedroom and target students. We have 4 bedroom apartments and do roommate matching.
Currently, our furnished units are $420/month and unfurnished units are $399/month. We pay for cable, water and internet. Each residents gets a $35 cap on electricity and overages are split equally among the residents living in the apartment.
