THE SPACE


This is the smaller room
of the two I have available in my apartment located by the front door of the apartment for easy coming and going. The room has a loft bed and a chaise lounge, a desk, fresh white bed linens & comforter, towels, extra blankets, TV, DVD player, cable, wireless wifi, fridge, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

It faces the back of building with a window and is completely private. You can literally walk in the apartment and open the door to your room without any fuss. The bathroom is right next door to your room too.

Its in a Prime location, Chelsea by the meat packing district, by Google, a block away from the Highline and Chelsea Market for great eating and shopping.

The bathroom is shared.

I live and work in the main living area of the apartment with my dog Big Al and Tuxie the cat.

The fridge is filled with snacks for your arrival and I make nice welcome breakfast.

I’m always happy to give you directions or information on local happenings.

Central location. The A and CC 8th ave subway line is a half block away and the 1 line is a block away on 7 th ave.

This is a great area of town central to everything downtown by walking distance

My apt is quite bohemian being an artist but clean. I rent the two bedrooms via sublet and live in and use the main area of the apt which I share with my small dog Al and cat Tuxie. They are not allowed in your room except for short visits.

The bathroom has plenty of soaps and shampoos and a glass shower.
