You will have your own room with TV, internet, warm water, all included and on top of that even your own bathroom to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The neighborhood is very nice, the streets are clean and safe and there is a huge mall just 200 m from the house away.

Nearby there is also a park, a landmark, a pharmacy, and a metro train station.

In front of the mall there is a taxi station and a bus station from where you can reach, within 15 minutes, to the beach, the famous district Miraflores, Costa Verde and Larco Mar.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and is equipped with an elevator and has a special security door.
There is a sun roof which belongs to the building and can be used by you.

Are you interested? You will live with my () but you will be independent.
The kitchen, the laundry machine and the living room should be shared with my who are
very nice and welcoming people. They will make you feel like home.
