subway lines, comes with twin size bed, desk, dresser, chair and closet.
My bed is in sleeping alcove, you are in the main room which is a nice sized space
where my desk, dresser are also. Phone, Wi-Fi and cable-
ready. Best if u have somewhere else 2 go - art or dance studio, out of city on weekends, to paint/dance, spread wings. :) etc. but very doable.
Many have over the years been happy with the arrangement where I am also away most weekends to give you breathing space :)
Know thyself and judge whether this way of living works 4 u.

I am working a 9 to 5 and cannot take calls or get to email most days so nighttime is best for talk and showing. I am in most nights by 6 p.m.
