LOCATION
The village of Ambelouzos is located in the southern part of the island of Crete . Its about 50 minute drive from the city of Heraklion and about 20 min drive from some of the most beautiful beaches of southern Crete like Matala , Komos , Kalamaki , Agia Galini.It is also a 5 minute drive from the famous antiquities of Gortina.It offers opportunities for adventure,as you can visit not only beaches but also hilly areas in the north of the village, leading to beautiful villages, where you can try the real Cretan cuisine.You will have the opporunity to admire the flora of the island.

THE HOUSE
It consists of two storeys,bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor, sitting and dining room with kitchen and WC on the first floor. Staircase leads to the roof which can be used for sitting , sunbathing , relaxation, with a fanstastic view of the whole plain of Messara.The house is offered for rental exactly as it is used by the owners. Some of the furniture is almost 80 years old .The bedrooms are cooled by ceiling fans.The sitting and dinning rooms are provided with ceiling fans too.The house is bathed in sunlight with all the windows facing the East and South. The view from the balconies of the 1st floor is wonderful, giving one the impression that she is sitting outide.
