Cascade Retreat is a beautiful mountain property in a great location: just 10 miles to Colorado Springs, 8 miles to historic Manitou Springs, 5 miles to Woodland Park. Great little mountain community offers wonderful local restaurants just 1 mile away (you can actually take a trail there and stay for lunch), a community pool, a park with a lake and a fountain in the middle of it.

There is a clearing in front of the house. You could see wildlife there almost every morning and at sunset. We saw deer, foxes, squirrels, beautiful birds, elks, etc...

Relax with a glass of wine on the patio or a cup of coffee in the morning and let natural scenery unfold its beauty...
It is a vacation rental that could be also a long term rental. Security deposit depends on the duration of stay.
