Im looking for 3 Housemates ( 2 girls, 1 guy in order to respect the parity)

I enjoy music, food and hanging out to watch a movie or have a drink with friends. I would like to find people who are socialise, but who also enjoy coming back home to a quiet place after work. Im professional and are looking for like-minded people to join me.

The Apartment is very huge (200 sqm), new (3 years) and is composed of 4 bedrooms (2 master bedroom, 2 common room)

The price for the 3 available rooms :
•Master bedroom: 2100 SGD
•Common room: 1700 SGD
•Common room: 1500 SGD

All the room have an amazing city and sea view and the apartment have a big balcony.

The utilities will be spleet between housemate( wifi, electricity, water , gas, maid and all the furnitures (4 times per month))

The place is located at Kallang (Between Kallang and Lavender MRT). 5 min walking distance
