The Barn has been tastefully restored to a uniquely traditional, yet modern dwelling that will sleep up to 6. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 modern style bathrooms. One with shower, the other with a bath and shower. There is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room and a large living room with wood burner. Over Compton Barn is situated in the beautiful village of Over Compton, close to the country towns of Yeovil and Sherborne.

Accommodation description

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms have double beds. One has a twin singles.
Please note 1 of the double beds is a futon. There are skylights (with blinds) in the sloping ceilings. All rooms are carpeted.

Bathrooms:
Family bathroom with full size bath with power shower over bath.
En-suite shower room to main bedroom.
Heated towel rails in both.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, small freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron, cutlery, crockery and small blender.
A small supply of washing up liquid, all purpose cleaner, dish and floor cloths.
Washing machine.

Living Rooms:
French doors open wide to allow inside/outside flow. Comfortable sofas, bookshelves, books and DVDs. Flat screen digital TV with freeview and DVD player. Soft lighting. Wood burning stove plus fuel . Wifi available.

Other:
The home has solar water heating panels and is very environmentally friendly with our wood burner. Logs are provided. There is central heating and electricity is generated from the solar panels to make the property more eco friendly.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels are not provided. Linen is included and the beds will be made ready for your arrival. The barn is cleaned at the end of each visit.
