The lease is due on 2nd, August, 2015.
One South is a famous community in Urbana-Champaign. It is safe, convenient and quiet. Bus stop is on the gate of the community. It takes 5 minutes to UIUC, 10minutes to downtown Urbana or Champaign.
Rent:$399(Free wi-fi and $10 water is included), no more than $450/month with utilities(electricity and the rest of water fees).
