It took me some time to write the review on this Apartment as I had to gather my thoughts together not leaving to pen down any beautiful memory of this magnificent place where I stayed.
I was in this apartment for two months and I would say it was one of my most Pleasant experiences over here.
Let me just quickly touch upon the best things I found in this apartment
Be it the Furniture – Very comfortable furniture in the apartment which is fully furnished with the best of the class items, with big screen Televisions in each room ...
Be it the ambience which is very cosy and comfy, peaceful and not at all noisy.
Be it the convenience to commute, the place is located one block away from the light rail and 9 minutes from the nearest NJ Transit Bus Route.
Be it the financial transactions with the land owner – All were handled in a very professional way.
Be it the upfront communication from the landowners end – All written and verbal communication handled in a professional way, In case the land owner was away over the weekends he would
give alternate contact of his employee who could assist for any required reason.
Be it the Washer, Dryer or Vacuum cleaner – All conveniently located within the apartment building.
Be it the Household supplies - You have the liberty to think of whatever you can in terms of supplies and youll find it in the storage area within the apartment, that was a great relief.
And the list goes on and on …. There is nothing less than perfect in this apartment, the landowner was real friendly was responsive to all my calls and messages
I would highly and strongly recommend this safe place to anyone who would be wanting to rent in Jersey City or Bayonne for a life time experience…
And for me I would undoubtedly consider this place every time I visit Jersey City again….

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months. It was, without a doubt, the best experience I have had with renting a furnished apartment. When it comes to household supplies and amenities, everything that I needed and more was provided for my stay at the apartment. The furniture and appliances were in excellent condition. The landlord responded quickly to any of my calls and was able to assist with any questions I had about the place. I had never lived in New Jersey and did not know my way around, so it was very convenient that the apartment was two blocks away from the light rail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. I would definitely consider this place first if I ever had to work in Jersey City again.

This is my second time renting this apartment. Landlord is excellent to work with, very attentive. The area is good, quiet and the location makes it easy to reach lower Manhattan within 30-45 minutes. I would rent this place again and again with absolutely no reservations.
