The Space

Our home is on a quiet road a few kms from Ojochal. We are at 500 feet elevation so there is a warm breeze off the ocean during the day and a cool breeze off the mountains at night. The climate is perfect - no heat or air conditioning needed. We are 5 km from the main highway, an easy drive to reach our home. The house is near by the Hotel Diquis del Sur. During your stay you can use ALL the services and facilities of the hotel. (Pool, park, orientation, food, internet, Wifi, and much more). This way you benefit from all the advantages of an hotel and those of a private house.

Guest Access

Our home has 1350 sq on two levels. The upper level can accommodate 4 people and the lower level can accommodate 2 more. The upper level includes two large bedrooms with their own bath & shower. The beds are queen size for the first room and two single beds for the other. The kitchen is on the upper level as well. The terrace is ideal for dining and relaxing. The lower level has a third room, a bathroom, a patio and shower as well as the laundry room and bodega/pool room. Our lot has a mountain stream on two sides. One half has been left as Natural Jungle and the rest is landscaped and includes a variety of flowering and fruit bearing plants including banana, lemon and pineapple.

Ojochal has many restaurants , supermarkets and even a French bakery, making it a great place for all travelers . The slow pace of life in Ojochal has not been affected by tourism, making this region a peaceful and idyllic destination. Known for its beautiful sunsets and the blue sea, this area is also a bird observation station with hundreds of species .
