I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment from endish-of may (wont pay may rent) till the end of the lease which is july 30. I am getting an internship in Austin and will not be here for the summer.
It is a private room, with a shared bathroom. A full kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment. Wood floors, carpeted rooms. Full closet with shelves and mirror doors. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and a tall dresser. My other roommates will be here for the summer and so there will be furniture all throughout the apartment as well-furnished kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom (bring your own towels and such).
This apartment is on the bus route if you are trying to get to campus, and is only about 1 mile from the heart of Texas A&M University. At the apartment you will have full access to the gym, tanning bed, pool, volley ball courts, basketball courts, bar b q pits, and parking. If there are ever problems with utilities or broken things, Gateway is very good at responding within a day and fixing everything (which is covered in your rent, so its free). My apartment itself is located in the back of the complex so it is very quiet and there are always plenty of places to park. It is next to a lovely park to run in, and located on two major roads. Located minutes from everything you need in College Station, this apartment is great!
