Hello!

This is a very cozy and clean room in a 3 bedroom apartment. This is an elevator building, the elevator works as our front door/main entrance (with key). There are also stairs.

The apartment is approx a 5/7-minute walk to the nearest train station.

I share the apartment with 2 very nice girls. Both have different work schedules. So they are in and out of the house throughout the week at different times.

I travel a lot, so I may or may not be around when guests arrive. However, my roommates are great and can assist my guests with anything they may need :-)

Apt description:

There are 2 bathrooms. 1 is a guest bathroom (for you:-) which is pretty tiny with a shower, the sink is located right outside the bathroom (note: this sink has some paint looking spots on it –nothing major-- that cannot be removed. They were there when we moved in. Just a heads up :-) . The 2nd bathroom is for my roommates.

Superintendent and building manager.

Security cameras.

Kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave). We do not have many appliances. We are on the go and travel a lot, so we dont cook very much. But, on occasion we do. The kitchen typically is clean, but not always spotless. Sometimes a pot, or some appliances are left out.

Living room, terrace, rooftop access.

There is also a common area next door with a vending machine and access to the backyard.

We live near quite a few cute restaurants, cafes, bars, laundry (across the street), groceries, pharmacy, bank etc.

This area is near Pratt, so there are a lot of students and easy going professionals in the building and surrounding area. We also live within a Hasidic friendly community.

Please provide your own towels :-) - if this is very difficult for you, let me know beforehand. However, it is preferred that you bring them with you.
