our community offers a beach club just for our residents. that we pass along to the renters. literally one and half block walk. this is very child friendly neighborhood!! its a lovely english cottage with great entertaining areas inside and outside. for long term renter is responsible for all utilities. short term utilities are included. please contact for more info. we rent one week minimum only. no parties or events.
short term rental is 750 per night
