This is a restaurateur and refurnished apartment at 2 minutes walking from Plaza Colon, just in front of the Maritime Museum.

It has 3 double bed rooms, one with a double king size bed, one with a double queen size bed, one with a double story bed, parquet, 2 bathrooms fully equipped both with hydro massage shower, living room with flat led TV and comfortable sofa plus couch, quite big kitchen fully furnished for self catering, moka machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a spacious and sunny balcony with table and chairs.

The sofa can be converted in a double bed for 2 extra places. All the bed lines and towels are provided (2 towels per person). We also provide hand soap and toilet paper. There is free WIFI, TV with satellite channels (mostly TV though)



The building has 2 lift and a receptionist, Mr. Antonio, always available to help and very friendly.



The apartments is located in avenida Parallel, close to the touristic port and 2 minutes walking to Plaza Colon, the beginning of the Ramblas



The neighborhood is safe and secure surrounded by friendly local people, with plenty of typical restaurants , bars, pubs and supermarket just out of the building.

Its next to Barrio Gotico, close to Plaza Catalunya (10 min walking), Paseo de Gracia (Gaudi houses), Villa Olimpica (25 minutes walking, Plaza España (10 minutes walking), Park of Montjuic (5 minutes walking)

You can reach La Sagrada Familia by foot (20 minutes) or by metro (3 metro stations)
