The apartment is a seconf floor with lift. It is fully furnished, with 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms both with shower, big living room and balcony.





The kitchen has been equipped for self-catering purposes, with wash dishes, microwave, cutlers, toaster, coffe machine etc.

A full set of bed line and towels are provided.

I also provide hand soap and toilet paper. There is Wi- Fi, TV with satellite channels (mostly TV though)



The building is residential and it is provided with a receptionist, Mr. Dino, a very king man.

It is located in the Eixample, a very central neighbor, very safe and quite. It is plenty of traditional restaurants, bars, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Here you can have a very good meal a for a very cheap price.



The metro and a bus stations (Plaza Tetuan) its about 1 minute walking. You can easly walk to the beach (20 minutes) and to the famous Las Ramblas (15 minutes), Plaza Catalunya (15 min), Born, Barrio Gotico, Barceloneta (20 min), Sagrada Familia (15 min), Parc de la Ciutadella (10 min), Paseo de Gracia (10 min) etc.
