The apartment is an old style apartment completely renuved 1 year ago.It is fully furnished, has 3 DOUBLE ROOMS, one with private balcony, and 1 SINGLE ROOM , parquet,2 BATHROOMS, one with bat, living room with balcony, kitchen.



There is an extra bed in the living room, and it can be used for an additional person. The kitchen has been equipped for self-catering purposes, and all the bed line and towels are provided.

We also provide hand soap and toilet paper. There is FREE WIFI, TV with satellite channels (mostly TV though)



The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift. The bulding has a receptionist service. It is located in a main road, next to metro URGELL, in the neighbour of eixample.

The neighborhood is safe and secure with plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs and very nice shops and supermarket just in front of the building. There are also a lot of Art Galleries and museum, like MACBA, (the modern art moseum) is just 4 min walking.



Its next to Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia (Gaudi houses) where you can find the biggest and the best shops of the city and more. Its also at walking distance of Plaza Espanya, Barrio Gotico and Born. Barceloneta is at 30 minutes walking.

2 minutes walking there is a metro station and a bus station (Urgell metro station L1).

You can reach La Sagrada Familia and the beach by walking 30 minutes or by metro (3 metro stations)
