This is a T-shaped open space rooftop studio, recently renovated and fully furnished. One queen size bed and one queen size pull-out sofa. The kitchen has an oven with 4 electric burners, a MW, dishwasher and washing machine. It is well stocked with basic supplies for cooking. Water is heated via a boiler, and heating is provided by the A/C. The apartment has wifi and basic cable. The flat-screen TV swivels so you can view from bed.
Being at the roof, ceilings are slanted in many places - so if you are tall bear this in mind. The apartment is a 4th floor walk up. There is one other apartment on the floor, and 3 on lower floors (this used to be house). We have a back garden which is, unfortunately, not well maintained at the responsibleent, but you can still sit at the bench and enjoy the shade of the vines on a sunny day. There are no parking fees for the neighboring streets so parking is usually not a problem. The apartment shares a long driveway with the other tenants. In front of the house is a small community garden.
The neighborhood is quiet, although it is minutes walking distance from busy shopping streets. There is a 24hr grocery store 2 blocks away. The metro stop is a 5 minute walk for the closer line, and 10-15 for the other line. Many buses and trams stop nearby. The open air market The Roman wall is a 10 minute walk away.
