Classic old Village apt. Sunny and quiet 2 BR in heart of W. Village. Four floor walk-up, near all subway hubs. Wifi, stereo, and TV. This is our 25yr residence, a beautiful and arty home, not a $-making semi-hotel.
Queen size bed in BR; large couch in LR can sleep one; Also a private office room w/loveseat which could possibly sleep a child w/space for cot or airbed. Also a nice clawfoot tub in bath, plus a shower. Kitchen is a nice-sized separate room. Laundry facilities in basement.
Hopefully, you will love and water my plants. Looking for folks who will treat our apt. as their home.
Available for 3 weeks March 29th til April 21st; and then possibly in July and August.
$150 day, $900 per week, $2900 per month. And like life, everything is negotiable.
