Nice furnished room for a female flatmate available, the room is not private, its shared with another female living in the same room. Its located in Ampelokipi - a very nice central district of Athens. Its a small 26 qm one-room apartment on the 5th floor, with a balcony in front of the room, a small bathroom, and a kitchenette (no electrical appliances).
The apartment is located on a big avenue, but it faces the backside, so its very quiet, the location is amazing, its full of shops, pubs, supermarkets and eateries around, its very close to the President Hotel, 15min by foot to Ambelokipi metro station, 30min by foot to the Athens Concert Hall Megaro Moussikis located on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, 5km (about 45 min by foot) to Syntagma square and Monastiraki touristic area, its also very close to the Panathinaikos Stadium on Alexandras Avenue (known as Leoforos Alexandras).
There is a free WiFi. No electrical appliances like washing machine, refrigerator etc. although you can use self-service washing machines for 5-6eur.
The room is suitable for , female.
Rent for 1 day - 35eur, rent for a week - 250eur, rent for a month - 300eur with all bills included in the daily and weekly price, except for a month there will be 50eur additional charge for electricity, water, building.
No pets and no smoking inside, but is allowed on the balcony.
