I am the owner of the house in Guangzhou, yuexiu, China.I have 2 complete apartments approximtely 35-40 meters squared (1 bathroom with western toilet, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen) available. Each apartment is equipped with a 40L electrical water heater, dual motor range hood, dual gas stove cooker, refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, LCD television, high speed internet hardline. This building was demolished and rebuilt last year, this year I started all interior renovations and will completed end of Jan. 2016. My house is located 50 meters west of the new Beijing Lu subway station Exit B. You can take subway from the airport,train station or bus station to my house. It is very convenient to go anywhere in Guangzhou.

Many pubs and restaurants are nearby the pearl river. You can enjoy the local foods outside or enjoy the cooking at home.

I prefer to rent out on a yearly basis but open to any offers for short term as well to accommodate all visitors. There is no commissions to pay or agent fees since you are dealing with the owner of the property directly.
