It takes 5 minute walk to reach the main transport road of the city – the Lenin Avenue.
Banks, shops, sport gyms & McDonalds are in 3 minute walk. We provided everything both for comfort and availability to the Guest. So there are all the facilities to save money: fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave oven & all the utilities, the washing machine in the bath, free WI-FI etc. Housekeeping once a week is included.
On the other hand the accommodation is freshly renewed by the project of the professional designer. High ceilings, comfortable furniture would make your living a pleasant one.
