Total of 3 rooms. Big & Small room is already occupied. Medium room is
available with Air-Cond.

Im the main tenant, using the master bedroom. My housemate and I are both
responsible, friendly male, ~ age 26.

Facilities:
Unifi, Air cond, Fridge, Washing Machine, Furniture, Clothes Ironing, kitchen
utensils, cooking stove, queen size mattress (no bed)

Advantage:
As Im already staying here for 1 year +, you can use some household things
but with Responsibility.

My Priorities:
No noise is allowed! I like it silent. I stay in the room all the time. I hope
you too =)
No smoking
No partying
Friendly + Responsible + Reasonable

Payment: 1 month deposit is required

Room available: 1 November 2015 onwards

1. I have a small size cute doggie (5 y/o silky terrier). She may stick to u
when im out (if u like her / she likes u) =)
2. I do not have beautiful and complete furniture. We only have the necessity.
Not luxury.
