I had booked this apartment for May 16,2018 until June 19,2018 well in advance (in September 2017) and paid for the reservation. Less than 2 months into the trip, she informs that will not rent the apartment and unilaterally breaks the signed agreement. Upon request she returned my $ 500 but stayed with them for 7 months as an interest free loan.

I stayed with this landlord in July. They claimed a refund through Paypal but I have yet to receive my deposit and cleaning fee back. I was going to come back to stay here again in October but it didnt work out . When staying with this landlord, make sure your agreement is in writing and signed.
