You would have use of the adjacent bathroom that is shared with another two students/tenants. There is wireless internet through out the house. The kitchen and laundry are also shared. Owner occupied.

The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
Home is about a mile southwest of the University of Pennsylvania in a historical beautiful street, convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, parks.
The house is located one block from the trolley that takes you to Penn (10 min. ride) and to center city.Walking distance from University of Penn (20-25 min), Drexel and USC. Penn shuttle stops a block away.
