What I am looking for someone who is trying to save to found their own place or just move into town but havent found a place yet. I am looking for some one to stay at least 3 months minimum if we get along it will be month to month afterwards. I will do background check which is I wont be checking for rental history and bankruptcy but I will look for criminal and whether you are currently employed. WiFi and Ultilities is included with the rent.
