Private furnished Studio Apartment available from mid/late April. There is one main room with a double bed, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The apartment is furnished, with the kitchen fully equipped, and includes towels, bed linens, internet, gas, hot and cold water. Electricity is set up, but charged separately. Heating is electric. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.

The apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is available from mid/late April.

There is a one-time Move-in Fee of 350. Rent is 2680 per 4 weeks with leases by the semester - summer, fall, spring or by a combination of semesters.
